All of our pumps carry a 2-year limited warranty.

SAUERMANN PUMP Return Procedure
- Customer must call the office to get verbal authorization for the return of a defective pump.
- Customer must specify exact reason for returning the pump, including a written note - explaining, in detail, the problem.
- Pump must be returned with detection unit for verification.
- Customer must supply pump serial number.
- Customer must pay for return freight charges of defective pump.
- Customer must indicate the return address to send replaced pumps.

 

 

SAUERMANN PUMP Warranty Claim

Once we receive the defective pump, we will proceed with a complete verification of the unit.  If verification shows pump failure was due to manufacturers’ defect, then we will replace & ship a new unit at no cost to customer.
